Questions
FAQ
Plain answers for families preparing an order of service. Nothing here replaces the ordering information.
What exactly do we print?
A four-page A5 order of service on both sides of one A4 sheet, folded. 160 gsm paper; matte or glossy chosen at checkout.
How much does it cost?
From £59 for twenty booklets. Larger packs step up to £73 for fifty. Express delivery adds £20. No VAT. See pricing.
How long does delivery take?
Standard signed-for UK delivery aims for 3–5 working days. Express aims for about 2 working days. These are estimates, not guarantees — please allow enough time before the service.
Can I see a proof before paying?
Yes. The studio shows a live booklet preview. You approve the proof before payment; we print that approved version.
Do you invent tribute wording?
No. The optional wording helper only runs if you choose it, and must not invent names, dates or other facts. Spelling marks stay in your browser.
What about hymn copyright?
Paste the service text you already have, including any hymn or reading words. We arrange that text into the booklet. Please make sure you have permission to print the words you paste. We do not add hymn words of our own.
Are memorial cards available?
Matching memorial cards are in soft launch. See memorial cards or email us with your service date.
Is ordering open right now?
Yes — you can open the studio.
