Ordering information

A few details to help you prepare and approve your family's booklet.

Ordering is open. Use the studio to prepare your booklet, approve the on-screen proof, then pay. We print the version you approve after payment is confirmed.

Your booklet and approval

Each four-page A5 order of service is printed on both sides of one A4 sheet and folded. Paper is 160 gsm, a standard weight for this folded booklet, in matte or glossy finish chosen at checkout. The studio layout is a guide while you edit. Before payment, check the complete proof carefully, including names, dates, every passage and the photograph. We print the version you approve after payment is confirmed.

If you notice an error after approval, contact the studio promptly. Changes may not be possible once printing has begun. An approved proof is supplied for checking your order; the finished booklets we print and post are the authorised printed copies. Our artwork remains protected by copyright.

Photographs, wording and the tribute helper

Your photograph and booklet wording are used to produce your order, including its approved print proof. Please contact the studio with any questions about retention or deletion. Do not include information that is unnecessary for your order.

Make it arranges the service text you paste into the four pages. It should use only what you have written. Please read every page before you order, and avoid sending private information you do not need for the booklet.

While draft saving is on, this browser stores booklet wording and design choices for seven days after your last edit. It is not an account, and it is not a download of the printed booklet. Photographs, contact details and private helper notes are not kept in that draft. You can clear it or choose “Don't save on this device” in the studio. We print and post the booklets after you approve and pay.

Hymns and readings

If the service text you paste includes hymn or reading words, you need permission to print them. We lay out the text you provide. We do not add hymn words of our own.

Price and payment

Twenty booklets are £59. Thirty are £64, forty £68, fifty £73. Express delivery adds £20. No VAT is added. The total is calculated on this site before payment; the price charged is the server total, not a figure typed in the browser. Payment is taken through checkout after you have reviewed the wording. We print after payment is confirmed. A print-ready file is not offered for download.

Delivery

Standard signed-for UK delivery aims for 3–5 working days. Express delivery aims for 2 working days and adds £20. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Please allow enough time before the service and contact the studio if timing is uncertain.

If something is wrong

If we print a different file from your approved proof or use the wrong delivery address, let us know promptly so we can put it right. If an error was in the approved proof, contact us to discuss the available options. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
