How we handle your details

A short note on photographs, wording and order data. Full ordering terms remain on the ordering information page.

What we use

Your photograph and booklet wording are used to produce your order, including its approved print proof and the printed booklets we post. Delivery details are used to send the parcel.

Optional wording helper

The tribute helper runs only if you choose it. Spelling marks stay in your browser. The helper must not invent names, dates or other facts; invented suggestions are discarded. Avoid sending private information you do not want processed by the helper.

Advertising measurement

Pages include a Microsoft Advertising tag so a visit that follows an ad can be counted. It does not run for measurement until you choose Allow. No thanks leaves it off on this browser. The choice is stored in this browser only.

Browser draft

While draft saving is on, this browser stores design choices and booklet wording for seven days after your last edit. Photographs, contact details and private helper notes are not kept in that draft. You can clear it or choose “Don't save on this device” in the studio. It is not an account and no cookie is used for the draft.

Retention

Please contact the studio if you want to ask about retention or deletion of order files after fulfilment. Email [email protected].
